Jo-Ann received her Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Melbourne and has over a decade worth of experience as a veterinary surgeon. She has worked in various veterinary hospitals and shelters across Australia and Singapore, and is experienced in treating a range animals including dogs, cats, and exotic pets.

Jo-Ann is driven by her desire to help pets live their best lives possible and strives to accomplish this by building trusting relationships with pet owners and providing personalised care to each of her patients. She is passionate about preventative medicine and has a special interest in the relationship between animal nutrition and pet well-being.

Jo-Ann is licensed to practice as a veterinary surgeon in Australia and the United States. She is currently pursuing her MBA with the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Eugene graduated with First-Class Honours from the University of Melbourne. Post-qualification, Eugene practiced in the United States and Singapore before undertaking a specialist internship in veterinary emergency and critical care. Since then, he has spent over 10 years working in multiple emergency hospitals across Melbourne and Sydney.

Beyond veterinary medicine, Eugene has an MBA from Melbourne Business School and has worked in product management and consulting in Australia and the United States for Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical and bio-tech industry.

Eugene oversees practice operations to ensure that the practice continues to deliver on its promise to help pets live their best lives possible. Where possible, he endeavours to introduce best practice principles from adjacent industries to ensure that the practice excels across all aspects of service for pet owners and their pets.

Crystal is from Perth Western Australia and graduated from Murdoch University with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.  She spent 3 years in Canberra before moving to the big smoke, Sydney, in 2023. 

Crystal has a keen interest in animal behavior and surgery, and has a passion for wildlife and conservation. She likes to take a holistic approach to veterinary medicine to eliminate the root causes of disease and achieve optimal health in pets.

Crystal enjoys hiking, camping, walking her 12 year old black labrador and any other outdoor activity. She is friendly and compassionate and will always take the extra time to listen and to make your pet feel comfortable. She is looking forward to meeting new clients and their companions.

Cate graduated from the University of Sydney in 1989 and has over 30 years of experience in veterinary medicine.

Cate has worked at Pet Medical since it opened in 2018 and is a familiar face to many who have visited the practice. She has a keen interest in all aspects of small animal practice, especially Behaviour.

Apart from small animal medicine, Cate is also an accredited FEI veterinarian and has had the privilege of attending 3 Olympic Games in various veterinary positions.
